this room was brand-new with a fantastic view of the sea. the bathroom was big with a shower and bath sheets. location: the hotel was really close to nearby candidasa, and the sea.

During our stay at Crystal Beach Bali, we were blown away by the breathtaking location right on the beach. The wooden cabanas, pool, and deck over the water provided a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of delicious options to satisfy all tastes. Additionally, we appreciated the convenient on-site massage service and the helpful receptionist who assisted us with transportation and recommendations. we had an amazing experience at Crystal Beach Bali and would highly recommend it.

I couldn't believe the value for money at Crystal Beach Bali! The room was luxurious and the garden right next to the sea was amazing. The friendly staff, especially Annie, made me feel so welcome and they even gave me a free coconut. Plus, the breakfast spread was delicious!

The staff were amazing, supportive and always ready to help. The dorm was excellent value for money with comfortable beds and a beautiful garden and beach front. Annie, the hotel manager, was lovely and very helpful. The location was in a less crowded area with a free shuttle service provided.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. the breakfast was satisfying, and the staff provided complimentary packed breakfast for our early checkout. the location was convenient, as we had a scooter to get around. We enjoyed the lovely garden and peaceful ocean views from the hammocks.

The snorkeling equipment was broken, and there was a broken electricity plug in the room. In the morning, there was some noise coming from the office, which was a bit disturbing.

the gardens were lush and well-maintained, drawing our attention to the tranquil surroundings. the accommodation was comfortable and spacious, complete with air conditioning, TV and a fridge - everything we needed for our stay. We could snorkel in the ocean below and see the beautiful corals and fish. the staff were knowledgeable about the island and helped us plan our itinerary. Breakfast was a satisfying start to our day, served in a lovely garden setting.

Though the dinner was customized, the food quality left much to be desired.
